By activating and using the B24U AI-widget on your website, you (“Client”) accept these Terms, including:
AI-Widget License Agreement,
B24U Privacy Policy (GDPR),
B24U Terms of Service.
Activation via the Partner dashboard constitutes binding legal acceptance.
2. License Grant
Globerint Pte. Ltd. grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the AI-widget on the Client’s website, solely for lawful purposes under the chosen subscription plan.
All intellectual property rights remain with Globerint Pte. Ltd..
3. Payment
Payment is handled via Partner or directly via B24U (Stripe, USD/EUR).
Subscription fees are set per plan; continued use implies acceptance of renewal.
4. Data Processing and GDPR Compliance
The AI-widget may process personal data of Visitors (IP, messages, interactions).
Client acts as Data Controller, B24U is Data Processor under GDPR.
Data is used only to provide the service, improve AI, and conduct anonymized analytics.
Data will not be shared for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
5. Restrictions
Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the AI-widget;
Share access outside of the licensed website;
Use the AI-widget for illegal or prohibited activities;
Install or use the AI-widget on any URL other than the specific web resource (URL) registered for the Client on the Platform. A web resource is identified by its URL, which may include a domain, subdomain, path, or any combination thereof (e.g., example.com, shop.example.com, example.com/blog). Each such URL constitutes a separate licensed entity (Client). Use of an AI-widget activated for one URL on any other URL constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and shall result in immediate suspension of access without refund. A separate subscription is required for each URL.
6. Liability
AI-widget is provided “as is”.
B24U is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
B24U does not guarantee uninterrupted access or AI accuracy.
7. Termination
B24U may suspend or terminate Client access if:
Terms are breached;
AI-widget is used illegally or improperly;
Subscription fees are unpaid.
Outstanding fees remain payable after termination.
Voluntary unilateral cancellation by the Client does not constitute grounds for a refund of any fees already paid. The paid subscription period remains active until its expiration, after which the subscription will not be renewed. Refunds are provided solely in cases expressly required by applicable law or in the event of a billing error attributable to B24U.
8. Force Majeure
B24U is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by:
Natural disasters, wars, terrorism;
Internet or cloud provider failures;
Government actions beyond reasonable control.
9. Governing Law
Singapore law governs this agreement.
Disputes resolved first amicably, then via Singapore courts if necessary.
