1. General Terms

1.1. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Globerint Pte. Ltd. (“B24U”, “we”, “us”) collects, processes, and protects personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable EU laws.

1.2. The Policy applies to:

• Clients (website owners who use AI-widgets via Partners)
• Visitors (end-users interacting with the AI-widget)
• Partners (distributors who register clients)

1.3. Using B24U services implies acceptance of this Policy.

2. Data Controller and Processor

2.1. For GDPR purposes:

• Client is the Data Controller for personal data of their website Visitors;
• B24U acts as a Data Processor, processing data on behalf of the Client to provide the AI service.

2.2. B24U ensures compliance with GDPR obligations, including security, confidentiality, and restricted access.

3. Data We Collect

3.1. The AI-widget and platform may process:

• Visitor data: IP address, device/browser information, interaction logs, messages;
• Client data: company name, contact info, website content provided for AI knowledge base;
• Partner data: contact info, invoices, usage metrics.

3.2. Cookies and similar tracking technologies may be used to improve platform performance and analytics.

3.3. B24U does not request and does not intentionally process special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR (data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or data concerning health or sex life): the platform's forms and scenarios contain no fields for such data, and messages are not analyzed or classified by these attributes. If a Visitor voluntarily includes such information in free-text messages, it may be stored solely as an integral part of the message text, is not extracted, categorized or used for any decision-making or profiling, and is deleted together with the conversation or upon the data subject's request in accordance with Sections 6 and 7.

4. Purpose of Processing

4.1. Personal data is processed to:

• Provide and operate the AI-widget;
• Improve AI models and platform features;
• Conduct analytics and reporting;
• Ensure security, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes.

4.2. Data is never shared with third parties for marketing without explicit consent.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

B24U processes personal data based on:

• Performance of a contract (providing SaaS to Clients via Partner);
• Legal obligations (tax, accounting, regulatory compliance);
• Legitimate interests (service improvement, fraud prevention);
• Consent, where required (cookies, marketing communications).

6. Data Retention

• 6.1. Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations.
• 6.2. Aggregated or anonymized data may be kept indefinitely for analytics and AI training.

7. Data Subject Rights

Clients and Visitors have the right to:

• Access their personal data;
• Rectify inaccurate data;
• Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
• Restrict processing;
• Data portability;
• Object to processing;
• Withdraw consent where applicable.

8. Data Transfers

• 8.1. AI requests are processed, among other means, by B24U's own AI models hosted on infrastructure controlled by B24U; third-party cloud providers and AI APIs may also be engaged, in which case data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA (e.g., Singapore).
• 8.2. Transfers are made only under:
  • Standard contractual clauses approved by the EU;
  • Adequate safeguards to ensure GDPR compliance.

9. Security Measures

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest;
• Access control and audit logs;
• Periodic security testing;
• Breach notification procedures in compliance with GDPR.

10. Cookies and Tracking

• 10.1. Cookies may be used to:
  • Enable platform functionality;
  • Analyze usage patterns;
  • Improve AI-widget performance.
• 10.2. Users can manage cookies via browser settings. Blocking cookies may limit platform functionality.

11. Changes to the Policy

B24U may update this Privacy Policy. Changes take effect upon publication on https://b24u.com. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
